We really didn't know what we were going to end up with - what a shock when we got there - the house is beautiful.
We found a slight issue with the back porch - the slant of the porch was to the house - lucky enough one day it rained and we were able to catch this - we ask Carlos to build us a bar around the back door and he also cut a small trench along the wall that the water will run in.
He also planted some new trees and put up a clothesline.
